Colonnade Campaign – Mission and Membership Benefits
MISSION
-
Engage in the Life of the University – The Parents Council hosts the Summer Send-Off events around the state, attend meetings with the Chancellor on campus throughout the year, act as ambassadors in their own community for UNCW, and have a direct staff contact on campus for special needs.

Fisher Student Center – Colonnade Campaign – Raise the necessary funds to build
the Colonnade to connect the buildings that comprise the University Union Project and enhance the Core Campus idea.
The UNCW Parents Council presented a check to Chancellor Rosemary DePaolo for $190,000 to support the Colonnade Campaign.
MEMBERSHIP
Executive Committee of the Parents Council
Members of the Executive Committee of the Parents Council have agreed to give or raise at least $10,000 to support the Colonnade Campaign.

Parents Council Members At-Large
At-Large Members of the Parents Council have agreed to give $1,000 a year for two years to the Colonnade Campaign.
